In partnership with NPR, WVTF, and Radio IQ, the New City Arts Initiative brings you Chroma Projects’ Resident artist, Carrie Miller Payne!
Join us for the month of September at the WVTF and Radio IQ Studio Gallery at 216 West Water St for “Ferment”– recent paintings by Carrie Miller Payne.
Carrie’s paintings are really remarkable. Works reflect her “need to create an abstract infrastructure… with layers, sometimes with what look like pretty, soft sheet metal, sliced and layered.” To see the work by appointment during the month of August, email Maureen at artsdirector [at] newcityarts.org.
To catch a glimpse of more of Carrie’s work, check out her website.
