On Thursday, June 2, Para Coffee welcomes Arthur Alligood with opener, John Thackston.

Given Para’s already-intimate environment, Arthur Alligood‘s honest and poetic songs will be a perfect fit for this Thursday evening performance. A listeners describes Arthur’s lyrics as the “most rare and honest of reminders of life inside skin: the co-existence of natural doubt living side-by-side with necessary belief.” Local songwriter, John Thackston, will be opening. Doors open at 7 PM.

Para Coffee is located at 19 Elliwood Avenue. Free parking is limited, though there is a paid garage close by. For more information about the show, contact Luke at lukerabin [at] gmail.com. For directions or question about Para’s location, call Para at 434-293-4412.
